  • Jog to jump over mats taking off and land on two feet.
    Holding a ball or soft object in two hands

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Swing straight arms upwards to maximise height.
  • Lift soft object above headBend knees on landing but prepare immediatly for the next jump.
  • Keep legs, arms and back straight during flight.
