Rainy Day Indoor Batting Session

Rating: 4
from 9 members ratings

The weather can often stop you from training, but never fear again with this batting session - it can be used indoors or outdoors, whatever the weather!

To keep your players occupied and moving, this session gets your players working on their front and back foot batting inside a limited space (ideally in nets), ensuring everyone's active and safe while practising.

Small competitions, targets and a bit of fun rivalry will all help the session remain competitive and get your players working hard without even realising!

Additional Note:

It's important you stress the need for hard work and that batting becomes easier the harder you work. International cricketers often put in the hours practising with tennis balls as it's a great way of developing and grooving techniques.
