
Get the kids running around in a square. Have half of them in bibs and half not. Throw balls randomly around the square. Enough for each child to have one. Get them to jog around changing what they are doing. for example one time they could hop on their left the other time on their right etc. Make it fun. On the whistle they run and have to roll lift 5 different balls. when they have roll lifted 5 they then sit on the ground. first team with all its kids sitting down wins.
Catching with the front hand getting their hips good and low hurley flat to the ground. Easier to do this if your dominant hand is half way down the hurley
