
- Set out area as in diagram - Give each child a sliotar (first touch) - Revise grip and ready position - Begin to dribble through the goals, finding a different goal each time - Give 3-4 mins practice - Give 1 minute to dribble through as many goals as possible - Give a further minute to beat their score
- From the ready position child slides the bottom hand up to almost meet the holding hand but leaving a gap of a few inches - Don't ask the child to say their score out loud (they concentrate on the score and not the technique then); they keep it in their head and try to beat it
