DESCRIPTION

Yellows start with a ball. The intention is to try ang get as many reds out as possible in a minute. To tag a player you have to be able to touch him with the ball so you need to handpass it to a yellow that is close to a red. Can also start with a throw to get lads more comfortable.

COACHING POINTS

Get the lads to talk to each other to devise a strategy to get the other team out. Get them to focus on getting possession and not dropping the ball. often they are thinking of the next movebefore they have the ball and frop it
