Coaching points: reach arm far froward into the water for maximal hold on the water. For the noodle drill, give the swimmers a couple of attempts at this and to progress the swimmers ask them to speed it up. Try to jump straight through the noodle, if the feet get caught up in the noodle then emphasise the fact that a smaller tuck is needed.
