DESCRIPTION

Once you have completed your performance, spend about 10 minutes for the recovery. This phase is really important to relax your muscles after the training.

Spend 5 minutes just floating, nice and slowly, as shown in the clip.

Spend other 5 minutes out of the swimming pool doing some stretching excercises, as the figure shows.
