Material: 2 cones, 4 players, 1 ball
2 players are in defense, 2 in offense.
The 2 defensers starts at the cones.
1. The 1st striker starts fixing the defenser The defenser advance to block the striker.
2. The is passed to the other stricker which do the same and the second defenser advance to block the second stricker.
During this time the first stricker and the first densenser take back the initial place.
3. The second stricker pass the ball to the first one which try to pass his defenser in 1 vs 1. If he succed, he shoots if he can't he release the ball for the second sticker which try also.
If they both failed or if they succed to shoot another group begin.
The exercice is done for the defense to learn to advance and and go back to their initiale postion. As such, the coach should focus on the defense.
