This is the best handball site I have visited.

DESCRIPTION

  1. The player starts to run in the direction of the next corner
  2. He receives the ball in his run
  3. And the send the ball a bit latter

COACHING POINTS

  • The passes should be clean, and should allowed the receiver to not change the pace of his run
  • The player should never stop either when he receives the ball  or when he sends the ball
  • In the ideal case, the pace of the run should be constant.
  • They need to be fast
  • They should turn in the two different directions

Variations:

If that's working well :

  1. Add several balls
  2. Make them pass in one direction and run in the other one
