Defence training 4 on 4 plus 1. D2-D5 players defend against LB MB RB and two LinesMan.
The MB player is only allowed to pass eiter left or right.
Case 1: Come behing the Back player if they come in the midlle.
Case 2: Pass to linesman on the side where he is receving the ball.
In this cases defence is training:
- positioning against back player
- covering the linseman correctly
- ball interception in zone defence
- 2:2 defensive colaboration
- returning to theproper defensive position
