DESCRIPTION

Each player must stand by a cone, only give Netballs to the team on the one side and then the following can be done:

  • Run and give the ball to your friend
  • Put the ball behind your back and run to your friend
  • Push the ball on the ground with your fingers to your friend
  • Walk Throw and catch
  • Walk bounce and catch
  • walk throw bounce and catch
  • One bounce to your friend on the other side
  • roll the ball hard between your friends legs on the other side
  • throw the ball in the air to your friend to catch
