Place cones as shown in description (5m apart)
Player 1 (blue) starts with the ball on the red cone
Player 2 (red) starts on blue cone
Player 1 passes to player 2
Player 2 returns the ball then moves to green
Repeat for each cone and swap roles after 5 goes
