This is a throwing and dodging pratice and fun game.
Players start on the baseline. One player will start in the middle with a dodgeball and have to aim for the other players, if you get hit. Grab a ball and join your player in the middle! the last player standing wins the game.
coach: you need to motivate your players to think of different ways of getting around the player in the middle.
also you need to make sure that the player in the middle is focusing on aiming for the right person and is focusing on they technqiue which they've pratice, give pointers if able to!
