DESCRIPTION

One defender has to protect a cone from one attacker. The defender should set a radius that he does not want the attacker to get into.

Defender is standing slightly towards the side of the attacker to be ready to push them out when approaching.

Attacker tries to touch the cone with a ball.

COACHING POINTS

Watch for correct defensive technique with one hand on throwing arm and one on hip.

Adjust the feet to always be in the best position.
