To improve the height of the shuttle when it travells , you serve the shuttle to your partner , but you have to the the shutle as closse and as low and you can to the red cones and get the sdhuttle to land in your opponents side invetween the orrange cones. The red coanes can e replaced with a net and as you find it easier to get closer to the net you lower the net and try again. keep lowering the net until it gets to low to pass the shuttle over.
It would be easier to start with the net at volleyball height.
