The purpose of this session is to introduce the basic skills and rules involved in the game of rounders and will lay the foundations for the rest of your season.
Through mini games and catching drills this session:
Go through the basics of the game, dusting the cobwebs off your players as you get them throwing and catching again. Finish off with a fun game of Kick Ball Rounders and see your players leave training with a smile on their face!
Create a resolution to develop your coaching confidence by seizing the opportunity to discover new drills, turn ideas into action and seek advice from the coaching community.
