Set Up:
1 feeder, 1 worker, 1 rounders ball, cones.
The feeder and worker stand opposite each other 4 metres apart.
The Drill:
Players work in twos and start with the working player facing away from the feeder.
When the feeder calls the name of the worker they should turn quickly and catch the ball.
Once caught they throw the ball back to the feeder and repeat.
Make sure players turn and catch both ways.
Keep eyes on the ball.
Cup your hands.
Bend your knees to bring your hands to the ball.
Change roles round after 5 feeds. Continue the drill.
