Players work in pairs for this exercise, with one ball between two.
Players take it in turns to bounce pass the ball at each other for the other player to react to and catch, either one or two handed.
It's important players don't throw the ball too hard - the ball shouldn't bounce higher than hip height on its way to the other player.
