Feeder roles the ball at pace to the fielder. Feilder Walks in – attack the ball and send back to feeder. ( gets better when they get the hang of it!)
Walking in, right handed players put their left knee down and put their right heel next to left knee. Hands should be infront of legs. Don’t get into position too early otherwise
