To catch the ball above the waist Thumbs should be pointing upwards.
Split the group into teams of 3 or 4 aside set out an area with cones where the posts would be on the pitch.
The game follows netball rules and is played inside the area. The aim of the game is to throw the ball to one of your players by one of the posts for them to touch the post without having to run.
In 4âs â feeder rolls the ball in to worker who picks up and releases out of the side of the hand to the post player.
Position in relation to the post receives a ball and takes the post CP one step away inside the post so that you can reach with one step. Take the post away from the runner with ball and arm.
