Players work in groups of four.
With one feeder and one fielder stood on a post, with another two players backing up behind the post player, in a triangle formation.
The fielder throws the ball to the post players for them to catch. Every time the ball is thrown the backing up players should get behind the post player, ready to stop the ball in case the player misses the catch.
After 10 throws each players rotate in a clockwise direction.
The feeder should throw the ball with pace at the post. The feeder varies the feed.
Progression:
The post player should once or twice 'miss' the ball on purpose, to check the backing up players are paying attention and are able to safely back up the ball.
