The game follows netball rules and is played inside the area. The aim of the game is to throw the ball to one of your players by one of the posts for them to touch the post without having to run.

If you have a big large group of players you could set pout lots of 10 by 10 squares in which you play 3 v 3 and have a competition where you swap who plays who after 5 minutes.
