1 player (worker) stands in the middle of a circle of 5 players.
The 5 players try and hit the worker with a soft ball below the waist. They score 2 points if they do. The players are not allowed inside the circle.
If the ball goes outside of the circle the worker gets 5 points.
Player is in the circle for 1 minute then rotate.
The aim is to develop agility and teamwork.
The aim of the game is to make 10 catches by a team without getting caught whilst holding the ball by the other team.
If a player is touched the ball goes to the other team and they try to achieve 10 catches.
First team to take the 10 catches whilst staying in the grid wins.
Players can run with the ball and if they do run out the grid the ball goes to the other side as well as if the ball is dropped.
Purpose to make sure players are paying attention at all times
Player in the middle should try to avoid being hit below the waist by a size 5 sponge ball. Players on the outside of the circle must keep the ball inside the circle. Players rotate after 1 minute. A scoring system could be put in place. Eg dodger gets a point every time the ball goes out of the circle. Players on the outside get a point every time the dodger is hit by the ball.

This player collects the ball and runs to the middle to put the ball on the cone. The next player then runs to collect the ball and rolls the ball for next player waiting.
One team has to bounce the ball (via overarm throw) into the small square but a team mate must catch it on the other side to score a point.

Split your players into two teams. The fielding side will need a bowler, a back stop and a player on first base. The rest of the fielders can stand where they like. This game start with a bowl to the hands of the first batting player. The batting player should stand with open hands and catch the ball before throwing it into the fielding area. After throwing the ball out the batting player runs around as many bases as they can. Rules: Players score a point for their team for every complete run they make. Players can be caught or run out in the normal manner. Each player has two goes each before the teams swap around.
Divide your players into two equal teams, one team fields while the other team bats. The coach bowls the ball (underarm) to the batter who must catch the ball before then underarm throwing the ball into the field, instead of hitting the ball. If a batter drops the ball they can only run to first base. In order to get players out the batters can be stumped or caught out.
Using a set of cricket wickets or posts. Roll the ball along the ground to a team mate. You can run with the ball, but the ball must be rolled along the ground. Aim to hit the stumps (approach from any side of the square)in the opposition square, using an underarm flick. The square is made up of cones, distance 5-8 metres from the stumps. No fielders at any time are allowed inside the square. The ball is never out of bounds, as there are no boundaries.
