Netball Conditioning: All-Round Fitness Session
In this fitness session we mix things up and work on a variety of fitness systems as we aim to get your players working up a sweat and push themselves a little but harder than they might usually by getting them to work competitively in teams.
As a taster here's some of the fun and tiring exercises in this session:
- Endurance - Fartlek training with a shooting twist
- Flexibility - Spider race followed by a crab running relay!
- Plyometrics - An energy-sapping jumping exercise -
- Speed - A square running drill where players must face forwards at all times!
