There's lots of ways to get free so your players will need to work hard this week - no slacking! Getting free techniques including using a burst of speed, swift changes of direction and feints to open up space to receive the pass.

What's in the Session?

Working in small groups we encourage your players to experiment with ways to get free from their opponent so that they're open to receive the pass, before finishing by bringing everyone together again for the final full-court conditioned game.

This session also has progressions for you more able players and conditions to simplify practices to allow you to develop your less able players.
