What?s in the Session?
The session begins with a fun warm-up to get your players alert and working together to score points. The session develops to provide a series of drills focused on fundamental skills, such as reaction times, passing and angles. These skills are crucial as they provide the building blocks of any good player. ?The clock? provides a drill whereby your players can combine these skills to put them into a closer gamelike situation. The session concludes with a normal game of netball, with certain conditions placed upon the game to get your players demonstrating what they have learnt.
