The session begins with a fun warm-up to get your players to practice different ways to get free from their defenders. The session develops to provide a series of drills focused on your player's movement and angles in order to outwit their defender. It is important that your players learn to clear out and re-offer to create space to provide the ball carrier with numerous options. ?Definite drive? looks at your player's movement and angles when attempting to get free. Your players must have strong drives and convincing movement in order to get free. The session concludes with a modified game of netball, with certain conditions placed upon the game to get your players demonstrating what they have learnt.
