Get your players developing their change of pace along with their timing of movement to lose their defender in order to provide the ball carrier better options in attack. Netball is a team game and is important your players can read one another and move off of their teammates; this session works on developing their relationship on court.

Get warm with a game of king ball before upping the intensity in skill specific drills, encouraging your players to cut and drive under pressure. Hone their skills with high pressure 1v1 and 2v2 games before bringing all their new skills together with a modified game at the end.
