Develop your player's ability to get free from the opponent, using a change of pace and direction, getting your players thinking of effective ways to maintain possession. Lose the opposition and find the space to increase your attempts on target!

What's in the session?

Work on their attacking abilities, such as speed and agility, through a number of competitive practices. With exercises such as Piggy in the Middle, make sure that your players are communicating with one another going forward, to working to find the space to receive the pass.

With a change of pace and direction, get your players shaking off their marker and finding that empty space!
