What's in the session?
Work on their attacking abilities, such as speed and agility, through a number of competitive practices. With exercises such as Piggy in the Middle, make sure that your players are communicating with one another going forward, to working to find the space to receive the pass.
With a change of pace and direction, get your players shaking off their marker and finding that empty space!
Defence is the first form of attack so make sure that your players are more than capable of defending to a high standard with this session!
