What's in the session?
Work on their attacking abilities, such as speed and agility, through a number of competitive practices. With exercises such as Piggy in the Middle, make sure that your players are communicating with one another going forward, to working to find the space to receive the pass.
With a change of pace and direction, get your players shaking off their marker and finding that empty space!
Help your players master the basic ball control skills to move onto executing more complex and advanced skills as players develop their knowledge and playing abilities.
Develop your players ability to close down space for the opposition to increase your team's chances of gaining possession of the ball.
Build upon your player's team cohesion, in particular focusing on their passing and communication skills to keep possession of the ball.
Develop your players understanding and use of fast, accurate footwork to make successful interceptions or force an error.
Build upon your players shooting technique and movement inside and outside the circle. Focus on getting your players to work together as a tight attacking unit to maximise chances on goal.
