This session goes through getting your players fully prepared for the season ahead, making sure that their fitness is up to scratch, so there's no slacking on court!

Through a series of challenging and competitive practices, work on key areas such as stamina, strength and speed, as well as refreshing their basic Netball skills ahead of your first match.

As well as developing your players' fitness levels in training, get your team thinking of how to improve their fitness away from the court, ready for them to perform at their highest possible level. Don't watch your players struggle on court - get them fit and fired up for the season ahead!
