Based on the defender's movement player 4 should decide whether to pass to player 6, player 5 or not pass at all and take the shot on themselves. Blue player 1 starts with the ball and moves to make their defender follow them out of position, once they've dragged them outside they pass to player 2 who does the same and then passes to player 3 who passes to player 4. At this stage the game becomes 'live'. Blue 6 is stood between the two defenders and blue 5 is ready to make a run down the outside. Depending on the decisions made by the defence player 4 can pass early to player 6, throw the ball into the path of player 5 or simply go it alone and take the shot on themselves.

Blue players 3 and 6 position themselves between two defenders to make it difficult for them to be picked up. The ball starts with blue player 1 who passes the ball outside the circle until it reaches player 4. Once blue player 4 has the ball attacking player number 6 should move to set up a front screen, blocking white player 3's movement. This then paves the way for blue player 3 to run into the gap and receive the pass from player 4 to have a shot on goal.

Five players from the attacking team position themselves around the goal area line so that they stretch the defenders. Each of them should be man-marked from a distance by the five white players. Starting with the ball on the left side of the court players pass to their right, trying to draw the defender to be drawn out of position before passing the ball on again. Blue players 6 should set up a back screen in front of the fourth defender. Once the ball reaches player 4 they should dribble forwards and wait and see if defender 4 comes towards them - if the defender stands still, marking blue 6, then blue 4 should shoot on goal. If the defender moves forwards then they should pass to player 6 for them to shoot instead.

Concept 1b : B1 makes W1 move towards corner. B2 makes W2 follow him. B3 makes W2 follow him. B4 runs forward straight on to W4. B4 throws at the goal.

B6 screens W3. Pass B1 (who goes and screens W5)- pass B4-B3 who runs into the gap between the screening players B6 and B1 and throws at the goal.

Pass B1-B2-B3 who passes to B4 and screens W3 afterwards. B6 goes and screens W2. Pass B4-B2 who throws at the goal between the screening players B3 and B6.

2:4 positions. Pass B1-B2-B4-B5 who comes around the screening B3.

Pass B1-B2-B3 who crosses with B4, pass to B1 who runs to the center and throws at the goal.

Blue players 1, 2 and 4 pass the ball in the following order: Blue1- Blue2- Blue4- Blue2 Just before blue2 receives the pass from blue4 the two players closest to the 6m line (blue3 and blue6) should set screens on their defenders (white2 and white3). These screens will prevent the two defenders from moving to block the shot from blue2.

Five players from the attacking team position themselves around the goal area line so that they stretch the defenders. Each of them should be man-marked from a distance by the five white players. The attacking blue players pass the ball in the following order: Blue1 - Blue2 - Blue3 - Blue4. After passing the ball blue1 runs to the center and sets a screen in front of Blue6. Blue4 now has a decision to make. They can: - Take the shot themself - Pass to Blue1 - Pass to Blue6 - Pass to Blue5 From this point the drill is live.

Player A takes a ball, dribbles and tries to score a goal. Then sprints to the next ball in the center and acts in the same way. The same happens on the left. Defender 1 defends the goalshots actively 9 shots is one series.
