Player white 1 and green 1 dribble through the various areas who are defended by blue players. These players always take player white 1 as soon as he crosses the boarders and try to steal the ball from white 1. If successful : attacker becomes defender.

White player and green player start at the same time. They dribble through the areas and are accompanied by a defender blue. When the green and white players are in the same area, the blue players give them each others' attacker.

Green and white palyers dribble through the sectors of the blue defenders. Every attacker has to be guarded and guided by a blue defender. Defenders give over the dribbling attackers - real defending is allowed : stealing balls from attackers : defender gets ball and becomes an attacker and attackers becomes defender.

W1 runs across the whole court. He receives a pass in every area. Blue team prevents this. variations : - fast - slowly - two white players cross from 1 side - two white players cross from 2 sides

B pass around. Wing players run forward to the center. R1,R2 and R3 follow attackers and hand the over to another defender.

B play ball around. R1 and R2 change attackers when they change place.

B play ball around. Wing players change position with pivot, every time the get the ball. R players take over, give over attackers.

Blue 1, 2 and 3 are the attackers and are trying to get into a gap between the attackers to release a shot on goal. The defenders must move laterally and communicate with one another to block off the attack.

Green attackers pass the ball and blue defenders take their own attacker. -Try to pass 10x without losing the ball. -Play 1 minute : how many times can defenders touch the ball

White players dribble through the various areas of the blue players and are accompanied by a blue player.

Blue players are passing the ball around the area in a clockwise direction with the aim of trying to pass to the green player in the centre. The two red defenders must work as a team to share the defending responsibilities to successfully close down the blue players every time they receive a pass.

After every pass the attackers have to chnage their field. Defenders have to take over new attackers every second.
