Handball: 4 to 3 attacks in the centre

This is the best handball site I have visited.

DESCRIPTION

6 teams of 3 players. Teams G and F start as defenders. Teams A and B start attacking. In every attack there should be a moment of crossing.

Attackers can play with pivots 1 and 2 to score a goal.

After an attack the defenders go to the centre and teams A and B become defenders.

Drawing in the defender - 3 vs 2 | 219 supporting team mates/ blocking attackers

Drawing in the defender - 3 vs 2:

Player 1 dribbles around their cone whilst player 2 sprints around their cone.

Player 1 deliberately dribbles towards defender 1 in an attempt to draw the defender towards them.

Meanwhile player 2 runs forward, looking to draw the defender away from player 3.

Depending on which player defender 2 marks player 1 should pick out the unmarked player. This player should then shoot on the turn at goal.

Cross and shoot under pressure. | 527 crossing

Cross and shoot under pressure.:

Players from both lines run forwards at the same time, with the ball carrier crossing over in front of the other player.

When the players cross over they should switch the ball between them.

At this point the player in possession should try and get around the defender to get a clear shot off on goal.

fast break:

Pass B1-B5.
When B1 is just in front of the cone : pass B5-B1 who dribbles towards the goal and throws at the goal.

variations :
- 3 step rythm (right handers : left,right,left and left handers : right,left,right)
- 2 step or even in 1 step
- jumping off : left handers : right foot, right handers : left foot
- jump off with your 'wrong' foot (1,2,3 steps)

3:2 dules in defence:

Two red defenders defend 3 attackers who are allowed to use half of the court.
