Handball: Pivot play 1

A passes to feeder B, sprints around the cones, receives pass from the feeder. Attacker A has 3 choices depending on the defenders' actions: shoot at the goal, get past defender and shoot at the goal or pass to pivot C. Change position to the right.

Order of shooting: Pass A-B-A goalshot Pass C-B-C goalshot. Pass A-B-A-F1 goalshot C-B-C-G1 goalshot Pass A-B-A-F2 goalshot C-B-C-G2 goalshot Defender 1 and 2 try to make sure that attackers are just able to perform their goalshot. No 100% defence!

Two teams of two players try to score between the cones of their oponents. variations : - center shot - jump shot

Two posts in the center of the area. Between these posts a line with newspapers. Two teams try to hit and get the papers off the line. The team which gets its papers off first is the winner.

Depending on how many hoops are in front of them players run forward in a 1, 2 or 3 step rhythm and throw at the goal. Players rotate to the right after each shot.

Pass from feeder A to B, who comes forward to bind defender 2. Then pass from B to C who binds defender 1 and passes to pivot D who sprints to the green cone, turns around and receives pass from C and shoots at the goal.

Player A takes a ball, dribbles and tries to score a goal. Then sprints to the next ball in the center and acts in the same way. The same happens on the left. Defender 1 'defends' the goalshots by making is a bit difficult for player A. 9 shots is one series.

A dribbles to the goal to score a goal by shooting from 9 metres. Defender 1 defends by blocking defensively. Then A runs around feeder C and receives a ball and then tries to score a goal again against a defensive blocker 1.

A grabs a ball dribbles towards 1 and tries to score a goal from 9 metres. Then runs around the cone and receives a ball from feeder B, and tries to score a goal. Then back to the centre again to score a goal and then to the right con to receive a pass from C. Defender 1 blocks defensively at all shots.

On the coach's call an attacker and a defender both set off and run around the cone. The defender is trying to get around the cone quicker than the attacker so that they can get in front of them and hinder their shot (no tackling). Once around the cone the attacker should aim to get a jump shot off on goal. Variations: 3 step rythm (right handers : left,right,left and left handers : right,left,right) 2 step or even in 1 step jumping off : left handers : right foot, right handers : left foot jump off with your 'wrong' foot (1,2,3 steps)

Pairs move to and away from each other and move in to each other while passing. They should try to receive passes while moving towards the ball and also while retreating, working on receiving the ball while running in different directions and passing to moving players.

Pass A to C, C to A and goalshot. Defender tries to block the goalshots. Pass B to C, C to B and goalshot. After the goalshot grab a ball from the corner, dribble to your starting position again.

He quickly moves back-and forward, reveives a ball from Aa and shoots at the goal from the center back position. Then he moves back and foward to receive a ball from wing player D. A tries to get past defender 1 and either throws at the goal or passes to D who throws at the goal. In the meanwhile player D starts his turn to deliver two shots. Defender 1 tries to block the shots from 7 mtrs or comes forward to attack player A.
