DESCRIPTION

  • Starting in a simple press up position, with hands flat on the mat, lower body weight slowly and "spring" back up onto the tips of fingers.
  • Repeat

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Push up on to finger tips but immediately take weight on the hands.
  • Keep hands below shoulders and elbows in.
