Box Shape on a mat, lower forehead to mat to create triangle with hands.

Walk toes to chest, (pushing C of G over base)

Lower forehead to mat to create triangle with hands.

Walk knees forward to bring C of G over base.

Lift heels to bum to balance in Tuck Shape.

Straighten body

Key 3 Headstand

Kick Ups on to low apparatus from a Forward Lunge

Teach Kick Ups on to low apparatus from a Forward Lunge with shoulders behind wrists.

Key 3 Headstand

Kick Up to Handstand on the floor, to a Spotter

Teach Kick Up to Handstand on the floor, to a Spotter .

From Long Shape standing.
Long step into Forward Lunge.
Long reach to place W-Hands in front of spotter.
Kick up towards spotter, who catches hips.
Hold Handstand in pencil shape.
Reverse action to return to standing.
