Headstand down a low incline (e.g. a mat over a springboard).
Create an inclined box shape down a low incline. Knees on springboard, hands on mat on the floor.
Lower nose and forehead to the mat to create equilateral triangle with hands.
Take weight on your hands and forehead, and walk knees forward to the end of the incline.
Pull C of G (hips) over base triangle by pulling legs into atuck shape.
Balance in a tuck shaped headstand.
Equal weight on each part of the triangle.
Keep elbows in (narrow).
Hands grip the floor.
Option to straighten legs into a full headstand if the tuck balance is steady.
Reverse action to exit the balance.
