  • Two hands on top of the bench, two feet on floor astride the bench.
  • Starting form one end of a bench, swing arms along the bench to catch weight on straight arms, then straddle legs to land on feet on the floor astride the bench.

  • Keep the head up.
  • Arms straight.
  • Move two feet together and two arms together.
