DESCRIPTION

  • Face vault, "onto and over" the bench in a tuck shape.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Grasp the side of the bench and jump on to it keeping the arms straight.
  • Immediatly jump off the bench, landing on two feet on the other side.
  • Weight needs to be transfered from one hand to the other.
