Players get split up equally into two teams.Players make a circle ensuring they stand next to a player of the opposite team. One ball is given to each team starting at opposite sides of the circle. The players then start to pass clockwise in their own teams. As each player receives the ball they must perform the current task. Tasks consist of ball around the waste, ankles or neck starting at the neck working down. Players that donât have the ball must perform the corresponding warm ups while they donât have the ball. If one team overtakes the other, the slower team must do static stretches until the balls are opposite once more. Neck - High knees Waste - Arse kicks Ankles - lunges
exercises can be swapped or multiplied for example each player might have to do 5 figure 8's between their ankles. Also further penalties could go instad of static stretches for the ball overtaking.
