The team with the ball need to pass the rugby between them and cant move with the ball. The other team need to put pressure on the team with the ball and try get the ball off the other team. To help the team with the ball they will need to move and create space so their team mates can pass the ball to them. This will enable them to keep the ball for as long as possible.
