Players are in groups of 3 and are living around the grid in there grouo passing between them. When the coach calls held, they find a gate/set of cones and will play the ball a pass it. They then continue to move around the grid. When held is called again, they must play the ball, pass it and receive it. It must be a different player in each position every time.
