Introduce this game 1. Red vs. Blue is a game where participants will be on one of the two teams. 2. They will line up next to each other in a horizontal line, in line with their coloured cone that represents their team. 3. On the command of the coach the players from each team that are first in their line must sprint to the other coloured cone that will be layed out. once they get their they must touch it with one hand. 4. after they touch it they must sprint to the middle to collect a rugby ball. Once they collect the rugby ball they must then sprint to the opposite teams cone and touch the ball on the cone. E.g. red player must touch the ball on the blue cone after picking up the ball. 5. the player who does this the quickest for their team wins a point. They then bring the balls back to the middle and join the end of their line and then the next two players will repeat the task on the coaches command. 6. Encourage good technique when holding the ball. 7. two hands must be on the ball at all times.
