
Players run up 10m and make a quick turn and sprint back through the red markers. players have 10 seconds to do this. One sprint up and down is 1 rep. After the 1 rep players get a 10 second break. After the rest they start the next rep. Players have to make 10 reps. Each time a player doesnt make the time then the team will have 1 penalty. A penalty is just another rep added on.
