
There will be a set of markers, 10m apart, where the team will be running up and back to make sure that they know the distance they have to go when playing defence in a game of touch. When it comes to a game of touch, whenever the defensive side touches one of the attacking players they must run back 10m to make sure that they are on side. The players needs to make sure that they are always facing forward.
