This was the first 15min fitness session that I was in charge of. The Activity the class had participated in was, Red Rover. This activity starts when one person starts in the middle and either calls out an individual or the whole group by saying "Bull Rush". The game is a form of tag that makes the group run from one position to another without being tagged. The game finishes when there is one person left that is not tagged. This activity is only to be seen as a warm up for the rest of the lesson but it can do the same as a training session for a game on the weekend, in which there needs to be good communication, teamwork and enhance athletic performance.
