
Split the group in half and have 2 coaches with each group. Focusing on defence, get the players to run up, in a line, and tag the coach who has the ball. Make sure the players get back onside, in line with the coach, before they go back and tag the person with the ball again. Defence, getting back in line with the coach, understanding the concept of being ONSIDE.
