Did Each student is given a different number, each group has the same number. Coach starts by saying number I.e 62 ? At first it's just the lowest amount of people can be used to make the number using +-\x. So it would be 6x10 and then 60+2, they would run to the pitch and play a game, this can be any sport really, so it can be adapted to what equipment is there. The first team to score 3 will win. The next number can be 47 but this time it's the most amount of people used can be better, 4x5 2x10 40+7. So this can be advanced if the students understand it quickly but also allows for regression for lower numbers. If only a small number of students are not the group they could have two numbers each. This is aimed to help them use the four components to make numbers. Also it means them using teamwork and communication. If certain people in the group are taking control you can tell them to pick the number and instead of the teacher it is making them take responsibilities and leadership skills. Other adaptations can be each team using different ways to make the answers.
