DH passes to 1st receiver, 1st receiver runs until tackled. the process is then repeated. look at the diagram as there 1st receiver runs he aims to run between our FR and 2R on our left side defence. now our FR and 2R are now in marker position and if our LF and DH who were at marker have dropped back but not shuffled to our left to replace where the FR and 2R were then that means our C and HB are now the 2 main tacklers and if they repeat the same attacking process and we repeat the same defensive pattern then our next main defender after there repeated run is our winger only. that is called sucking in your defence something they do very well
DEFENCE.. because of our size one on one tackling is out of the question. having to rely on quick in there face scramble defence and then resetting our single defensive line. over time our single defensive line will start to creep inwards after each tackle is made after each of there runs.
