Il primo degli attaccanti davanti al primo riquadro cerca di superare i difensori per raggiungere la meta alla fine dellâultimo riquadro. Lâattaccante non può attaccare al di fuori dei riquadri. Non appena lâattaccante viene toccato con lo scudo da un difensore e si crea un punto di incontro, tutti i difensori si posizionano per difendere tutta lâarea di attacco di 40 m.Cambiare a turno le squadre di difensori e degli attaccanti ed il fronte di attacco in modo da creare attacchi sia da sx vs dx sia al contrario.
